Introduction to Examination Items

Basic Examination

Target: All patients scheduled for surgery
Timing: Conducted before surgery

Blood Test

Tests blood type, anemia levels, and blood coagulation to prepare for potential bleeding during surgery.

Electrocardiogram (ECG)

A fundamental test to assess heart health.
Ensures the heart maintains normal function during surgery by evaluating heart condition, pulse, and predicting potential heart-related issues.

Breast Examination

Target: Patients scheduled for breast surgery
Process: Pre- and Post-surgery

Specialist in Charge:
Dr. Kim Minsoo, Board-Certified Surgeon
  • Breast ultrasound
  • Mammotome procedures

Breast Ultrasound

Evaluates for signs of breast cancer and suspicious lesions both before and after surgery. Detects even the smallest lumps with high sensitivity. Post-surgery, it checks for implant ruptures, capsular contracture, and inflammation. Regular follow-ups are also available.

Mammography

A fundamental breast examination method using compression to analyze internal breast tissue. Highly effective for identifying microcalcifications and plays a critical role in the early detection of breast cancer.

Radiological Examination

Target: Patients for facial contouring/double jaw surgery
Process: Pre- and Post surgery

Specialist in Charge:
Dr. Kim Youngmin, Radiologist
  • Conducts radiological exams

3D-CT

Using 3D imaging equipment, we accurately analyze bone density, the location of nerve lines, and soft tissue to create a precise surgical plan and predict post-operative results.

X-ray

Through examinations such as chest X-rays and assessments of facial bone structure, shape, and dental occlusion, we evaluate bone structure and chest condition to establish an optimal surgical plan.

Body Assessment

Target: Patients planning for liposuction surgery
Process: Pre- and Post surgery

InBody Examination

Through pre- and post-operative InBody tests, you can precisely measure your body fat mass, skeletal muscle mass, and weight. This allows for the development of a more systematic surgical plan and comprehensive aftercare.
